How long do I have to wait between coats of DEFY Wood Stains?Updated a year ago

It depends on which product. For DEFY Extreme, and DEFY Essential, you'll want to apply 2 wet-on-wet coats, allowing 10-15 minutes between coats. It's important to not allow the second coat to fully dry as this will prevent the second coat from fully penetrating. Once the first coat dries enough to walk on without tracking footprints, you can apply the second coat.

For DEFY Ultra, if you choose to apply two coats, allow the first coat to dry (approximately 1 - 2 hours) before applying the second coat.

For DEFY Solid Color Wood Stain, allow the first coat to dry (approximately 1 - 2 hours) before applying the second coat.
