DEFY Extreme contains zinc nano-technology and is a longer lasting, semi-transparent stain requiring, in most cases, a 2 coat application. DEFY Ultra is a premium water/alkyd hybrid formula that also utilizes zinc nano-technology to prevent UV graying and protect against mold and mildew as well as enhanced water resistance. DEFY Ultra is a 1 or 2 coat application that provides a rich, satin finish.
